– EPS box (with a roller maximum diameter equal to 230 mm) with a density of 40 kg / m min., No metal reinforcement. 135 mm. wide internal compartment for maintenance with a removable panel facing the indoors and shutter compartment with a minimum internal diameter of 250 mm. High-density EPS side covers (100 kg / m3) provided with delimitation of the compartment opening. Reinforced polyamide plates that allow the anchorage to the wood frame and the application of the inner supports for the roller shutter. EPS panel cap with TPE rubber seal. Closing cover to be placed at the edge or over the plaster.

– Lowerside (if shown) made of high density (min. 60 kg / mc) EPS with integrated gradient and lapel/stopper raised from the frame.
All elements of the subframe will be glued to obtain a perfect sealing between the individual components.
The overall depth of the subframe will be determined based on the final position of the window frame and the wall thickness, all the non-removable shimming blocks will be glued to the main structure.
The subframe will be equipped with an outside wooden plank adequately sized to act as a seat for the subsequent installation of the window frame.
